Washington Fine Properties Party: Sherry & Lauren Davis

After 40 years as one of the most respected and prolific residential real estate agents in the area, Sherry Davis made it official. The Washington Fine Properties agent celebrated her retirement with family, friends and longtime colleagues at The Egdemoor Club in Bethesda.

Saluting Davis was Washington Fine Properties President Thomas Anderson, and fellow local real estate pioneers Mark Fleisher and Marsha Schuman.

Sherry’s daughter and longtime partner Lauren hosted the event. Since 1996, the Bethesda natives have partnered to become one of the top producing teams in the market. Lauren is launching her own team as principal, and Sherry offered kind words of encouragement.

“If you ever have a chance to work with one of your adult children, it’s the biggest thrill,” said Davis. “She is so ready to take on her team, we felt like this was the right time.”
