Some 300 people gathered on Oct. 5 for the second annual Bethesda Green Gala at Round House Theatre.

During the 90 minute reception, attendees ate food from Olazzo and Cava Mezze; and drank wine from Sugarloaf Winery, beer provided by Flannigan's Harp & Fiddle and tea from Honest Tea.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Bethesda Magazine Green Awards to seven winners. MC's Dave Feldman, executive director of Bethesda Green, and Steve Hull, editor and publisher of Bethesda Magazine, walked onstage wearing hazmat suits, to signifiy the perils of climate change.
