2nd Annual Reel Water Film Festival

The festival is a partnership between Bethesda Green, Mark Leisher Productions and Journey’s Crossing Church aimed to inspire and inform our community about global and local water issues.

On Saturday, June 15, 2013, the 2nd Annual Reel Water Film Festival was held at the Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper Club, in Bethesda MD. Here attendees enjoyed a day of short films, an evening feature of the award-winning documentary Chasing Ice, expert presentations, and local non-profit partner exhibits.

The festival is a partnership between Bethesda Green, Mark Leisher Productions and Journey’s Crossing Church aimed to inspire and inform our community about global and local water issues and innovative solutions.

During the festival, attendees were also able to engage with local water conscious non-profit organizations and speak with filmmakers about the diverse ways society interacts with water, the issues that arise, and possible solutions to protecting our water.
