Into Poverty: Living on One Dollar a Day

Oct 3, 2012
07:00 PM until 09:00 PM

The 2012 Living on One Film Tour is coming to Washington DC!   Four college students went beyond traditional academic learning by living on one dollar a day in rural Guatemala for two months. They filmed the experience and are now sharing their completed documentary and lessons learned with young people around the country. The DC film screening will feature a live Q and A with the Living on One team, and an opportunity to learn more about the organization's ongoing efforts to address extreme global poverty through microfinance.
