Ziki Japanese Steak House

With hibachi tables that can seat up to 20 diners, the family-owned Ziki Japanese Steak House is a go-to place for birthdays, graduations and office parties. In addition to the meat and seafood cooked tableside, the restaurant offers an extensive selection of sushi rolls (including a Maryland roll with fried soft-shell crab and blue crabmeat). Manager Andy Cheung says that besides Gaithersburg locals, the 5-year-old restaurant attracts a lot of people from Bethesda, Silver Spring and Germantown. “They all come to our place,” he says.
