Positano

Name the occasion (wedding, reunion, bar mitzvah or prom dinner) and the number of guests (10 to 600), and chances are Positano has hosted it.

With six private party rooms, the family-owned eatery can hold three or four celebrations at once. This past December, it served 60 parties before Christmas alone.

Jimmy Traettino, who owns the 33-year-old restaurant with his parents, says the private event part of the business grows every year. “Out of every party,” he says, “we get a party.”
