Friendship Pediatrics (formerly Brasch & Goldstein)

“We are all mothers ourselves and understand the concerns,” Dr. Linda Goldstein says in explaining why Friendship Pediatrics was picked by Bethesda Magazine readers as tops in its field.

Goldstein and Dr. Leah Brasch opened Brasch & Goldstein in Chevy Chase 23 years ago, after meeting as residents at Children’s National Medical Center. They changed the practice’s name to Friendship Pediatrics in August 2008 after bringing in Drs. Shreelata Durbhakula and Sonia Arthungal.

Even though they see about 4,500 kids, “we treat each child and their family individually,” Brasch says.

Other top vote-getters: Dr. Ray Coleman, Dr. Paul Peebles, Dr. Dana Kornfeld, Dr. Charles Coggeshall, Dr. Giorgio Kulp, Bethesda Pediatrics, Dr. Paul Weiner and Dr. Peggy Lee
