Jake Paul and his cohort of YouTube acolytes are on a tour, with a stop in Silver Spring on Thursday. The group promises musical performances, games and special guests.

The Legend of Georgia McBride—Thursday to Sunday—Round House Theatre, Bethesda

This week, Round House begins its run of The Legend of Georgia McBride, a musical comedy that follows a Florida bar owner who brings in his cousin’s drag show to attract more customers.
Tickets are $36 to $51 for shows at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The show runs through July 1.
Make a Movie in a Month—Friday night—7315 Wisconsin Ave., #400, Bethesda
The celebration and screening of Make a Movie in a Month is this Friday. The challenge prompts local filmmakers to shoot a short film in 30 days. The celebration will include a screening, a Q&A session with filmmakers and refreshments.
The free event runs from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Suttle—Friday night—AMP by Strathmore, North Bethesda
Local band Suttle has made a name for itself with its go-go performances. The band has been playing in the area since 1994 and has opened for musicians like the Isley Brothers.
Tickets are $15 to $20 for the 8 p.m. show.

Three up-and-coming rappers will take the stage at The Fillmore on Friday. Lil Pump, scribe of the 2017 hit “Gucci Gang” will headline, supported by Chicago rapper Famous Dex and SoundCloud star Lil Xan.
Tickets are $35 to $50 for the 8 p.m. show.
MoCo Pride Prom—Friday night—Potomac Community Recreation Center, Potomac
High school students from Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., are invited to the 2018 MoCo Pride Prom, celebrating LGBT+ teens and their dates. Food and drinks will be available.
Tickets are $20 for the 7 to 10:30 p.m. event.
When Life Gives You Lululemons book launch—Saturday—Bethesda Lane, Bethesda
There will be a book signing and boozy brunch for the launch of When Life Gives You Lululemons, the new novel by Lauren Weisberger, the author of The Devil Wears Prada. The event starts with an outdoor yoga class, followed by brunch at Mon Ami Gabi.
Tickets are $40 and include a copy of the book, the yoga class, a yoga mat, brunch, two cocktails and a gift bag.

Satirizing Victorian poetry, Patience is the story of Reginald Bunthorne, a moody poet who competes against another poet for the love of a milkmaid. Some performances will include a reading of Victorian poems before the play.
Tickets are $20 to $28. Shows are at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday, and continue next weekend.
