Police Seek Missing North Potomac Man

Man had planned to drive to Pennsylvania

Montgomery County police are looking for a missing man from North Potomac who had planned to drive to Pennsylvania.

Mutale John Kambaila, 44, was last seen at his Native Dancer Court home at about 10 a.m. Wednesday, according to a police press release. His family has not been able to contact him since and do not know whether he reached Pennsylvania.

Police describe Kambaila as 5 feet 10 inches and 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and wears glasses. He was last seen wearing a puffy black Columbia jacket and blue jeans.

He drives a gold 2005 Toyota RAV4 with Maryland license plate 3CZ5482.

Police have asked anyone with information on Kambaila’s whereabouts to call 301-279-8000.
