Car Strikes Telephone Pole, Rolls Multiple Times in Bethesda

One man was taken to local hospital with injuries

A single-vehicle crash in Bethesda on Wednesday night left a man hospitalized after his car hit a telephone pole and rolled over multiple times, according to Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Service spokesman Pete Piringer.

The crash occurred at about 10 p.m. on Wilson Lane near Braeburn Place, Piringer wrote on Twitter. The man’s injuries were not considered life-threatening.

Another crash occurred at about 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning at Quebec Street and 11th Avenue in Silver Spring, according to Piringer. One person was injured after the two-car crash.
